This game has one of my personal favorite soundtracks and is seldom recognized for its excellent music. You owe it to yourself to download these if you don't own the game. Then go buy it! It's a cheap and relatively easy to find title.

Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon (JSCD)

Not much of a Sailor Moon fan myself, but I must admit the series has always had great music. This game is no exception, with two vocal tracks sung by the voices of all the characters. Longer versions of these were also released as a CD single called "PC Engine Sailor Moon", but these are the short versions taken directly from the game.
